Jamie M sent some photos today of a beautiful Japan-inspired Chef knife.The blade is a San Mai Santoku 180 with handle and matching Saya in Ironwood.The blade is recessed into the handle block, and a cypress pine bolster completes the knife.

Ted M sent in some photos this week from his latest. A hunter with Ladder Damascus blade, etched to full effect.
